Delicious food. I would highly recommend checking out this hidden gem whether you live in Arab, AL or if you are just passing through. The BBQ Chicken Nachos are out of this world!

The atmosphere is great. Food was not on point. The fries were overcooked, the steak wrap and Chinos burger was cold. We did not get served at the same time either. The servers' attitudes need to improve. As patrons and guests of the restaurant, we first see the host/hostess. They represent the business to the consumer. Always represent the business with respect! This is what the company lacks.

Great Food and Service at very reasonable prices! Very friendly staff that makes sure you have everything thing you need with your meal. The menu offers a variety of choices for adults and children.

Wasn't impressed. For a restaurant like that you'd think they would serve alcohol. It was my 35th birthday.

Good food, good service. We came with a large crowd, perhaps 18-20 of us. The staff and the kitchen did an admirable job. Oh... And the food was good too :-)

The owner of this place is one of the friendliest people I have ever met in my life. He's also a fantastic cook and at Fonseca you get great food and a beautiful environment without a lot of the high cost.

Honestly, I can understand slow service due to understaffing, but the lack of flavor in all of the meals (a side from the bowl of onion flavored salt they call soup) is completely unacceptable. I am not a chef, but I still don't serve sauces that are solely comprised of water. The salad and one sandwich were the only items remotely flavorful. Don't make reservations here, they can't even bring out hot meals for everyone at the same time or even a reasonable time. Just... it's just disappointing that our once a year family meal was so bad. #badfood #stepupyourservice

I have no complaints about the food. The club sandwich reminded me of an Atlanta Bread panini. The service was poor. I had to ask to be served after waiting 10-15 minutes. Took another 20 to receive the sandwich, and my server never revisited my table after bringing my food except for delivering the check at the end of the meal. To give perspective, they were not busy— only 4 tables had guests dining.

Up date !!!! so we decided to give it another shot and ya it sucks, NOT GOOD AT ALL And owner micro manages her server how about micro manage your inventory and kitchen French onion soup does not come with American cheese and if you are sold out of an item tell me when I order not when you bring my food with something other then what I ordered. So stay away from this place. They close early and where rude about it

Excellent food, and the service was good. Although the Entrance needs to be more family friendly and bright. Ask before you pour drinks. The staff is friendly. Overall nice atmosphere and very clean.

Best kept secret in Arab! We have dined there for about 3 years and have NEVER had a bad/unpleasant experience. Probably the best hamburger to be found and the onion soup is to put it mildly, terrific. Service is great, food is good, the ambiance is intimate. A perfect place to take your wife or girlfriend or BOTH! My goal is to eventually eat one of everything on the menu.
